Loutra Aidipsou at Sunset

Loutra Aidipsou (or Loutra Edipsou) is a place on the Island Euboea (Evia) with some hot springs. Because of these hot springs Loutra Aidipsou is relatively well known in Greece and popular amongst Greek tourists.

This Canal or Street is called Fondamenta di Terranova in Burano. Burano is a beautiful and colourful island near Venice. Each house has an own, intense colour, giving the complete island an interesting mood and making for a special ensemble.

Kamari at Santorini

Kamari is very popular amongst tourists visiting Santorini. It has a long, dark beach with a lot of nice taverns. This picture, showing a fantastic view over Kamari and large parts of the island of Santorini, was taken from a mountain a little south of Kamari. On this mountain you can find the excavations of Ancient Thera. This picture was taken from roughly 300m above sea level.

This stone bridge is the Via Sant’Alessandro in Bergamo, near the Porta San Giacomo, seen from the city wall around the Citta Alta during the golden hour.

Main Guard of Maastricht

The Main Guard of Maastricht (Hoofdwacht) has been used military until 2006. After this, the city of Maastricht has bought the building and it is now in use for expositions and as a wedding location. The Main Guard Building is situated at the Vrijthof next to the Basilica of Saint Servatius. This picture was taken during the blue hour and shows a nice illumination.
